Very Good

We stayed for 2 nights here and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet spread is more than enough with some cooked to order options as well. Room service is available and very handy when you don’t want to go out of the room. The room including the bed was comfortable with a great view of the Vaishno Devi mountain. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit vaishno devi for darshan or even otherwise.

Great stay, but could have been better

restaurant staff was very helpful and kind and the room was clean.

We tried to get some supplies such as diet coke, and coconut water that weren't available in the hotel menu, however, we were told that the hotel couldn't arrange nor send anyone to help with this. I was traveling from overseas with my friend who is a foreigner and we found it very uncomfortable when they couldn't help. also, there weren't adequate towels fir bathing, having come from the yatra one would think that this is something that would be a given. also, the phone number listed on the website isn't reachable, so when we came back from the yatra we could reach the hotel to arrange transportation and pick up.

Wonderful

Excellent location. Very polite staff from the front desk to drivers. They made our stay very comfortable and guided us so well about Mata Vaishno Devi treck. They got us packed breakfast early in the morning for the treck.

A little expensive but the facilties are of top class.

All in all is good

Property is clean and well maintained. Location is also nice.

Staff can be bit more accountable, I had to ask few things few times. Issues seems to be in handover between the shifts.

Good, comfortable stay

The property location is fantastic as it is a walkable distance to the Katra market. They provided pick up and drop to the entry point to Ma Vaishnovdevi. Room view of the trikuta mountain was mesmerising. Staff were kind and helpful but never proactive, which was a bit disappointing. Things had to be told or asked for. Food was a big letdown, especially the buffet where a food item would take forever to be replaced once finished in the serving dishes. The staff had to be asked to check why the food has still not been refilled. On one occasion, i waited for the starters to be refilled, which never came. After asking thrice, then the starter was still not refilled but got separately for me, but only after our dinner was done. So overall experience was below expectation for a 4 star rating hotel. Even room cleanup the staff bang on your door to wake you up to ask if room needs to be cleaned, this was a very big let down especially when you have come back from the yatra of 30 kms walk whole night climbing up and then walking down and were in deep sleep to have someone knock your door in the morning. So property is good, location good but service needs lot of upgrade.
